Paul Cuffe Academy 2011-2012 Supply Lists
These grade specific supplies need to be purchased before the first day of school. All supplies can be obtained from any office supply store.
Grades K-2
Students in kindergarten, first grade, and second grade need to have the following supplies on the first day of school:

1 backpack
1 box of 24 color crayons (grades 1-2 only)
1 ream of 20lb. copier/printer paper 
1 roll of paper towels
4 packages of #2 pencils (10 per box)
2 boxes of Kleenex
1 container of Clorox disinfecting wipes
2 packages of wide ruled paper (grades 1-2 only)
2 glue sticks (grades 1-2 only)
1 box of colored pencils (grades 1-2 only)
2 pink erasers (grades 1-2 only)
1 box each Ziploc storage and sandwich bags (Kindergarten only)

In addition, the following supplies should be kept at home for completing homework: pencils, crayons, scissors, glue stick, ruler, pencil sharpener, and calculator.
 
Note:  Your child's teacher(s) may have specific supplies that may need to be purchased and they will provide a school supply list during the first week of school.


Grades 3-8
The following supplies must be brought to school on the first day:

zippered 3-ring binder 
double pocket folders  
self - stick arrow flags
correction tape 
3 ring see-thru pencil pouch with zipper
an ample supply of #2 pencils
pens – blue/black and red (no gel pens)
highlighter (yellow only)
lined 3-hole loose leaf narrow ruled notebook paper (grades 4-8)
lined 3-hole loose leaf wide ruled notebook paper
(grade 3)
backpack
Post-It notes (2 7/8” x 2 7/8”) 
USB/Flash Drive to store computer files (recommended for grades 6-8)
scissors
glue stick
1 ream of 20lb. copier/printer paper 
1 box of crayons, markers, or colored pencils
1 box of paper towels
1 box of Kleenex
1 container of Clorox disinfecting wipes
TI-30XIIS Calculator 
6-12” ruler (6th – 8th grade only)
 
The following supplies should be available at home for completing homework: calculator (TI-30XIIS), ruler, glue, colored pencils, colored markers, scissors, dictionary, and thesaurus.
